DJ Avicii died in Oman
Swedish DJ Avicii, whose civic name is Tim Berling, died in Oman. His press secretary announced.
The unexpected death of the famous DJ and producer was officially announced by its spokesman Ebba Lindqvist. "We are deeply sadly announcing the loss of Tim Berling, also known as Avicii," it said in a statement.
The musician was caught dead in an exotic country. "He was found in Muscat, Oman on Friday afternoon 20. April local time. The family is shaken and therefore we ask everyone to please respect her need for privacy at this difficult time," she continued.
In the past, however, he was hospitalized with acute pancreatic inflammation, and even then he was plagued by stomach problems. These health complications allegedly caused the musician's excessive drinking of alcohol. In 2014, he was operated on by a gallbladder and appendix.
